Buddhism

Buddhism is the study of the mind. We have to look at our mind and be concious in what we do, by using Anapanasati. That is concentrating on the breathing, knowing the breathing-in and breathing-out.

Be aware of the death that is everybody's, mine and yours. We are not going to stay forever. Why angry? Why greedy? What is there for us to attach to?

Nothing... not even our own body... there is...

Living death

ตายทุกวัน ตายทุกขณะ
Actually we die everyday, every moment, every breath.
Breathe in and Breathe out... if we breathe in and not out...we are dead.
If that cycle just stops, we die. But it's continuing, the Buddha said it's called San-ta-ti. The old breath dies out and a new one continues. Everything follows this rule. An old man die. A new baby is born. So it's like life is never ending. But if we consider only one unit of it, one life, my life. It starts, stays, and leaves.. or die...

And it's like this for everything in the body as well. Take breathing for example. In every cell of our body, old cells die, new cells are generated. The small me when I was born has already died. All the cells alive in that young me have all died. But new cells continue to sustain my body so I still live...

It is like this. We die in every breath. One must be aware. One must not forget the dying part of the life.

ความจริงของโลก

ธรรมะ แปลว่า ทรงไว้ซึ่งความจริง ทรงไว้ซึ่งความดี
เราต้องมองความจริงที่มีอยู่รอบตัว ตามที่พระพุทธเจ้าทรงสอน

มองให้เห็นเป็นความจริง

ความไม่เที่ยง คือ อนิจจัง
ความทุกข์ มีความทุกข์อยู่ตลอดเวลา คือ ทุกขัง
และ สลายไปในที่สุด คือ อนัตตา

สิ่งของ คน และ สัตว์ เพื่อน พ่อ แม่ ญาติ คนรัก แล้วเป็นไปตามนี้หมด

ก่อนเราจะมาอยู่ที่นี่ มันก็ไม่มีบ้าน มันเป็นทุ่ง มันมีหนองน้ำ มันมีต้นไม้ใหญ่ บัดนี้ สิ่งเหล่านั้นมันหายไป กลายเป็นบ้าน เป็นถนน แล้ว เราคิดว่า มันจะอยู่ต่อไปอย่างนี้หรือ ซักวันมันก็พัง

พัง พัง พัง พังไม่มีเหลือ ตัวเราก็พัง เพราะตัวมันไม่ใช่เรา เพราะมันพังอย่างนี้ ปู่ก็พัง ตาก็พัง หลวงพ่อ พระพุทธเจ้ายังร่างกายพังไปแล้วเลย เขาพัง ของพังให้ดูกันเต็มหมด แล้วร่างกายนี้จะไม่พังอย่างไร

ตาย ตาย ตาย เราตายแน่ ร่างกายตายแน่ และมันก็มีทุกข์ อยู่ก็ทุกข์ หิวก็ทุกข์ ง่วงก็ทุกข์ ร้อนก็ทุกข์ อยากได้แล้วไม่ได้ก็ทุกข์ มันทุกข์หนอ แล้วมันก็ตายหนอ ตายกันหมด ตายหมดโลก เพียงแต่มันมีคนที่มีแขนมีขาเหมือนกันเกิดมาต่อ เราเลยนึกว่า คนมันอยู่กันตลอด แต่จริงๆ ตายกันหมด เราก็ตาย ความตายเป็นวันที่จะมีแน่นอนสำหรับเรา และทุกๆคน

ความตายเป็นของแน่ ความตายเกิดขึ้นแก่ฉันแน่ ความตายมาถึงฉันแน่
ความตายเป็นของแน่ ความตายเกิดขึ้นแก่ฉันแน่ ความตายมาถึงฉันแน่
ความตายเป็นของแน่ ความตายเกิดขึ้นแก่ฉันแน่ ความตายมาถึงฉันแน่

แล้วความตายก็มีอยู่กับฉันทุกวันตลอดเวลา ลมหายใจ ก็ตายดับไป อาหารกิน ก็ตายย่อยไป น้ำดื่ม ก็ตายขับออกไป เซลก็ตายพลัดเปลี่ยนไป กายนี้มันตายอยู่ตลอดนี่นา

เรากำลังเดินสู่ความตาย แล้วขณะเดินมันก็ตายอยู่ตลอด ถ้าไม่ต่อเมื่อใด ก็ตายเมื่อนั้น
